You can export any custom table view or choose from a selection of pre-configured reports in various formats, making it easy to share data with your team or use it in external workflows. We offer multiple export formats to fit your needs.

This article will guide you through exporting a custom saved view, selecting a Forerunner pre-configured report, and troubleshooting if you can’t find the data or report you need.

How to export a custom saved view

1. Navigate to the desired view and ensure it is saved with the necessary data for export.
2. Click the Export button in the upper right corner of the table view.
3. Select Current saved view as the export option.
4. Choose your preferred export format: .csv, GeoPackageor ZIP (if the view includes attached files).
5. Forerunner will send you an email shortly after with the export for you to download!

How to export a pre-configured reports

We offer a selection of pre-configured Forerunner reports designed around the most commonly used data by our users. These include SI/SD reports, SDE reports, 310 Permit Lists, and Property Data exports for pre-populating FEMA's SDE tool.

To export a pre-configured report:

1. Navigate to the table mostly closely associated with the report
2. Click the Export button in the upper right corner of any saved view
3. Select the desired export from the list of Pre-configured reports
4. Choose your preferred export format: .csv, GeoPackageor ZIP (if the view includes attached files).
5. Forerunner will send you an email shortly after with the export for you to download!
