Customizing Your Document List

When you upload a document in your account through the Documents tab on a property, you are required to assign the document a type from a predetermined list using the Document type dropdown menu.

We know that your community may have unique needs for specific document types. For this reason, we let you further customize the types of documents you can upload to your Forerunner account at any point in time. To add or remove document types from the existing list of documents on your Forerunner account, please reach out to your support team at support@withforerunner.com.
