Mobile Property Profiles and Inspections

Forerunner's mobile app lets you quickly find properties, review information, and complete inspections (e.g., PDAs, and SDEs) while in the field.

Locating or Creating a Property

There are various ways to open a property profile. Depending on the situation, you may want to:

• Tap on Search at the top of the screen to search by Address or change the search function to look for a property by the Block & Lot or Parcel ID .

  

• Tap on the parcel from the aerial image.

  

Tip: Tap the location icon on the bottom right corner of the screen to geolocate the device and quickly find a parcel to select.

• Tap the map marker icon on the bottom right corner of the screen to create a new property.

Selecting and Filling out an Inspection

After opening a property profile, an inspection can be completed by:

1. Tap on the Inspections tab.

   

2. Tap Add New and select the inspection needed.

   

3. Fill out the form and attach photos using the device's camera or selecting from the device's photo library. Note:
   1. All required fields (marked with an * ) must be filled out.
   2. Photos have a size limit of 30 MB per file, and each inspection can hold up to 15 files.
4. Click Save at the top right of the screen when complete.
