Mobile "Find My Team"

Forerunner's mobile app allows users to quickly geolocate while in the field, enabling team members back in the office to view their field team's locations and assist workflows.
Enabling location sharing
Individual users in the field must first enable location-sharing from the mobile app settings to share their location with other team members. Follow these instructions to complete this important step:

Share my location"on"
From here, users can tap the location icon at the bottom right corner of the screen whenever they want to share their location. Their location will be centered and updated in real-time. While in the field, users can zoom in/out and select parcels while geolocating their devices.
Active location sharing will stop if a user logs out or turns off the geolocating feature.
Viewing a team's locations
Users with manager-level permissions can view their teams' locations by logging into Forerunner on a browser app and clicking the Find my team icon at the bottom right of the page.
The location of mobile app users who have accepted location-sharing permissions will appear on the map. Their locations will be updated in real time, and their last location will remain on the map for 24 hours before expiring. If a user does not appear on the map as expected, double-check that they have the correct settings on the mobile device.
