Viewing Your Document Uploads

You can view documents in three ways: on your  Map, on a property's Property Information Panel, or you can view Elevation Certificates on the Certificates page.

Viewing Documents from the Map

On your  Map, a colored dot on the parcel indicates that the property has a document attached to the Property Information Panel.

Using the Layers of the map, click on the Documents layer to view a key for all your account's document types and their associated dot colors. Toggling each document will show locations of documents of that type uploaded. 

Clicking one of the colored map dots will open the  Property Info Panel. You can find the document file by navigating to the Documents tab within the Property Info Panel. 

If data was extracted from an EC, it will be displayed on the  Property Info Panel under Building info .

Viewing Documents from the Property Information Panel

To open a property's   Property Info Panel either search for the address on the dashboard search bar or click directly on a parcel on your Map. 

You can find associated document files by navigating to the  Documents tab within the Property Info Panel. 

If data was extracted from an EC, it will be displayed on the   Property Info Panel under Building info .

Viewing All Elevation Certificates

All of the Elevation Certificates we have on file for your Account are listed in the  Certificates section of your dashboard. To filter the table, click Filter in the upper left-hand corner. Within the table, you'll find that each Elevation Certificate row will have an ... dropdown menu, from which you can select one of the following options:

• View on Map: will open the Property Info Panel for the property with which the Elevation Certificate is associated 
• Hide from Website: will hide the Elevation Certificate from your public-facing website 
• Download PDF: will download the PDF file of the Elevation Certificate to your computer 
• Report data issue: will allow you to report any issues you notice with the data to the Forerunner team
• View Document: will open the Elevation Certificate with the extracted fields and any issues & warnings 
• Delete Document: will delete the document from your dashboard
