Hiding Individual Documents from a Public Profile

Depending on your account settings, public profiles may show a Documents Tab , where visitors can view the documents that have been uploaded for a given property.

However, we understand that some documents may not be appropriate for public consumption. Our document display feature allows you to hide individual documents from the public.

Documents can be hidden from a property's public profile from three different locations inside the Forerunner application:  

From the Property Information Panel

To hide a document from a property's public profile while on a Property Information Panel :

  1. Navigate to the property's Property Information Panel in your Forerunner app.
  2. Click the Documents Tab .
  3. Click on the ...  button to the right of the document you wish to hide and click Hide from Website  on the drop-down menu that appears.

From the Document View

To hide a document from a property's public profile while viewing the document in the Document View :

  1. Click on the ...  button to the upper-right corner of the Document View
  2. On the drop-down menu that appears, click Hide from Website

From the Certificates Page (Elevation Certificates Only)

To hide a document from a property's public profile while on the Certificates page of the app (which only includes Elevation Certificate documents):

  1. Navigate to the property's Certificates page in your Forerunner application.
  2. Find the elevation certificate that you'd like to hide. 
  3. Click on the ...  button to the right of the elevation certificate that you wish to hide and click Hide from Website on the drop-down menu that appears.

The document should now be hidden from the Documents Tab of the public profile. All other documents that have not been hidden should still be displayed. Note that if you hid an Elevation Certificate, the certificate will also be removed from the Elevation Certificate page of your public website. Learn more about the Elevation Certificate page.
