Making Changes to your Public Website
In this Article
We know that your community and your needs change over time. We've made it possible to update your current Public Website
configurations to meet those needs. This article covers the configurations that are possible on your Public Website
. To request an update to your configurations, please contact your support team at support@withforerunner.com.
Your Get Help Contact
On your Get Help
page, you have a primary contact listed, so that the public knows who to reach out to with questions.
As your staff or needs change, we are able to update this contact for you. Note that the contact must be a user in your Forerunner account and that only one person can be the designated contact at this time.
Showing SI/SD on Public Profiles
Public Profiles
are set to show the substantial improvement/substantial damage (SI/SD), unless this feature was turned off during your initial onboarding with Forerunner.
We understand that many communities do not want to publicly share this information in an open forum. We've made it possible to turn this feature off, so that the SI/SD tab will not be viewable on any Public Profile
. Note that these changes will impact every Public Profile
; you are not able to hide SI/SD information for individual properties at this time.
Showing Documents on Public Profiles
Public Profiles
are set to show the documents that have been uploaded for the property, unless this feature was turned off during your initial onboarding with Forerunner.
We understand that many communities may not want to publicly share all documents uploaded in an open forum. We've made it possible to turn this feature off, so that the Documents tab will not be viewable on any Public Profile
. Note that these changes will impact every Public Profile
. Note too that this may impact your ability to claim CRS 352.c WEB3 credits for sharing your Elevation Certificates online.
If you would only like to hide certain individual documents on individual properties, you can do so in the Property Information Panel
for the property. Learn more about hiding individual property documents.
